Samiljeol and museum of war by Redergen's interns

- Museum of war

Our tutor told us, that yesterday was Samiljeol, this is the movement day of Independence which took place at 1919 against Japanese Occupation.

When we thought about Korea, we don't real know about war in this country and then for this day we decided to go at Museum of war.

The building was too big than museum of Korea but on the side it have some planes, tanks, and boats models.

It was very impressive because it was really big.

It don't have many people, and then we take our time to visit all of museum.

I was really impressive about memorial war.

It was a round room with a fountain at the center illuminate by a light just for this fountain.

Around it, a wall with some figures and Millstone when at the center it have a screen with named of people.

It was really beautiful and quiet.

After that, we go at room, which explain all wars since Goguryeo and Silla's period.

I remember what we said at this time, "too many wars".

We visited all this room, and we passed by Silla's period, Goryeo's period, Joseon's period, empire's period and Republic's period.

We saw that many times in the history Korea was an object for colonialism, by China, Mongol and Japan.

At the up, in the third floor, it was donation and the UN's memories.

UN is very important, because it help Korean in history.

I was really impressed because too many country come here in Korea and fight as brothers.

And then we continue to visit this museum until 6 pm because for this Samiljeol's day, they closed early.

I liked to visit it and know more about Korea.

If you have a time, I recommend you to visit it and learn more about this country.

Good day to you
Omaeyma.
